❖ Keep an open environment that nurtures trust and communication. People should feel comfortable to ask questions all the time. Take the time to know about subordinates’ lives, even if the relationship is short.

❖ Never stop learning. If you aren’t learning new means, methods, practices, then you are stagnant and not growing. Teach others around you so they can learn.

❖ Communication is one of the most important tools to have in this industry, and possibly one of the most challenging. I’d have to say outside of communication, attachment and rapport is very important in customer relationships.
